1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SahoolPk (sahoolpk.com) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users — visitors, businesses, and administrators.

2What SahoolPk Provides

SahoolPk provides:

• A free public directory of local businesses in supported cities.
• Paid featured listing plans for businesses.
• A WhatsApp notification subscription service.
• A public review and rating system.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3Business Listings

Business owners who submit listings represent that:

• All information is accurate and up-to-date.
• They have authority to list the business.
• The business is legal and operating in Pakistan.

SahoolPk does not verify listing accuracy but will remove listings reported as fraudulent or misleading. Listings may be removed at our discretion without prior notice if they violate these Terms.

4Reviews & Comments

Reviews must be honest personal experiences. The following are prohibited:

• Fake reviews or reviews incentivised by the business.
• Reviews by business owners about their own business.
• Reviews containing hate speech or personal attacks.
• Spam.

We moderate all reviews before publication. Approved reviews reflect the reviewer's opinion, not SahoolPk's. We reserve the right to reject or remove any review.

5Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Submit false business information.
• Attempt to manipulate search rankings.
• Scrape the directory without prior written permission.
• Conduct DDoS or other attacks on the platform.
• Impersonate any business or person.
• Use the platform for illegal activities under Pakistani law.

6Intellectual Property

The SahoolPk name, logo, design, and platform code are owned by SahoolPk. Business names and content remain the property of their respective owners. User-submitted reviews are licensed to SahoolPk for display purposes on the platform.

7Disclaimers

SahoolPk is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of any business information listed. We are not responsible for transactions between users and businesses found on the platform. The platform may be unavailable at times for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, SahoolPk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (typically zero for free users).

9Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.
